What changed
C:\\,C:/, and/c/path formsWhy
Two real Chinese owner-scope decisions were missed, while a friend's Windows trial exposed cold-start continuity and path-handling gaps. This change turns those observations into bounded regressions and a reproducible local candidate.
Impact
Owner-attributed scope decisions survive both concise and long-form workflows with clearer provenance. Formal records contain fewer invented placeholders, and Windows-style paths receive explicit compatibility coverage.
