How Send Request By Specifiy Source Ip Address

Hi Dears If i want Define parent proxy or parnet socks for sniproxy that sniproxy send request to this proxy or socksserver How can do this in Config File
I do with
fallback Ipaddreess:port

Donnot work
And if i want send Request by specifiy Source tunnel in sniproxy.conf How define Source Ip address For Create packet in sniproxy.conf
Sniproxy get https website on tunnel and back to client
