How Used Parent Https Proxy Server Or socks In SNIPORXY

Hi Dear Friends If i want used Parent proxy in config sni for
example
My server Address 192.168.0.10
Proxy server 19.168.0.20
IF Request To the sniproxy
Sni For Get Access internet To used proxy server 192.168.0.20 by port 1010
Config fallback Donnot work
Please Help me
