Django 6.0 Update - blocked by Trac #285
Description
For the last couple of Django updates, we were trying to match issue tracker's Django version with the main site's. The main site switched to 6.0 with django/djangoproject.com#2394, and I tried to match up those changes in #284.
Django 6.0 doesn't support Python 3.11
Django 6.0 supports Python 3.12, 3.13, and 3.14. We highly recommend, and only officially support, the latest release of each series.
The Django 5.2.x series is the last to support Python 3.10 and 3.11.

and we can't update to 3.12 because of Trac-related limitations.
Keeping the match between two Django versions was a good practice, but I don't think the 6.0 update is vital, and we can continue to live with 5.2 (LTS) for a while. I just wanted to record this case and ask if anyone has any opinions about it.
