An extension designed to enhance your YouTube viewing experience by hiding recommended videos, comments, and other distracting elements, allowing you to focus solely on the video you're watching.
- Hides recommended videos, comments, and related videos at the end of the video.
- Hides the grid of recommended videos on the YouTube homepage.
- Just refresh your page to disable the distraction-free mode.
- Download the extension files from this repository.
- Open Chrome and navigate to
chrome://extensions/. - Enable "Developer mode" by toggling the switch in the top right corner.
- Click "Load unpacked" and select the directory containing the extension files.
- After installing the extension, visit YouTube.
- Click on the extension icon to toggle the distraction-free mode.
- To enable or disable the distraction-free mode, click the toggle button in the popup.
