Include git lfs in the `git status` output

Now that git lfs is properly supported, it would be useful to include info about it for gut status as well.

Some options

• Whether the repo is/isn't an LFS repo
• How many files are in LFS
• How many of the above files have been downloaded locally
• Any LFS files that need to be pushed

I've experimented with this and have the following output, but I can't tell if it's helpful or confusing:

• The 6/7 in corpus-deu-orig means that locally we have 6 out of the available 7 files stored in LFS
• All other numbers (eg 1605) indicate the total number of LFS files (and that we have them all)
• LFS↑ indicates number of unpushed LFS changes

I'm not sure how useful it is to show the number of LFS files. Perhaps it's better to show this only when the user doesn't have all of the available files (such as 6/7). It also may be that the LFS↑ column is redundant since unpushed changes will already show up in the ±origin column. This is only useful if it's for some reason helpful to see how many of the unpushed changes are LFS changes.

Alternately, or in addition, we can display a simple YES under LFS to indicate that the repo is using LFS, something like:

I didn't have a clear vision in mind: I like your second alternative, with the addition of 6/7 if not all files are not cloned/downloaded.
