Cutover dependency
Do not merge until the ditto-subnet migration stack #345-#352 and infra stack ditto-assistant/infra#70-#71 are ready.
This retires the legacy direct deploy, cross-repository Backroom contract dispatch, migration-order workflow, and anti-copy refresh. Exact-SHA replacements live in ditto-subnet and the app host moves to /opt/ditto-subnet/apps/platform.
No production deployment or repository archival is performed by this PR.
