Move build parameters to .properties files #119
Description
To enable re-use between Ant & Gradle build files and additional example topics, the parameters for each output target in the docs build.xml file should be extracted to external .properties files.
The .properties files can be displayed in code blocks using <coderef> elements per #49 and passed as options to additional command line examples that illustrate how to build docs output as for #118.
