Not sure if we need this quite yet but could be handy. Or we could go with Vercel to manage deployments.

I think this would be really useful, at the very least for PRs: https://github.com/superfly/fly-pr-review-apps
I'm not sure how paying for fly is going right now but assuming it's alright with you I can look into setting up ephemeral instances based on PRs per the above

That looks like a great option, though we probably still want a single staging environment as noted in their readme, too. Unassigned myself if you wanna take this on!
