At this time we are not accepting pull requests to this repository. In addition, though this change makes the namespace declarations more concise it is in conflict with our current formatting guidelines so we won't be taking it on at the moment. |

This pull request replaces the repeated namespace declarations with a nested namespace declaration, introduced in C++17 (which this library supports at minimum).
This is hopefully more concise and keeps code cleaner.
