This PR adds MMD to the community list. MMD is a team of developers who create open source Minecraft mods, tools, libraries, and resources. We use Discord to provide a community for people using our various projects, as well as provide a place for new developers to learn about creating their own projects. Our server currently has 3300 members, and a combined 154 million downloads across all of our open source projects.
