[Feature Request] Add Pinned Message Endpoint Should Return Message ID

When you pin a message on Discord, a message is created informing the channel that the message has been pinned. It looks somewhat like this:
Sebastian has pinned a message to the channel. See all the pins.

I see there's three potential options for dealing with this:

• Make the pin message endpoint return the alert message id
• Add an optional parameter to the pin message endpoint to prevent the creation of this alert
• Both of the above

It would be, in my opinion, non-RESTful to return the message id of a side-effect action for pinning a message. Why do you require this message id? Could you not just listen for the MESSAGE_CREATE, which also has a message_reference back to the original pinned message?

iirc their use case is pinning a message and deleting the automatic message; it would probably be better to have the second option they listed

If they just want to delete the message, they can just listen for messages of type 6 and then delete them.

The only way to get around this is really not ideal, you would have to fetch the messages and manually delete it, as you pointed out yourself would a simple flag to not send the pin notification be perfect as it would require even less calls (you wouldn't have to delete the message and the message would not be send)

Also @night i would like to note that the message does not seems to be type 6 anymore, they seems to be type 0

• Listen after a type of message is really not an ideal way to solve this as it may delete the notifications are times you want it to be shown
• Generally speaking is listening not a good way around this as it would require Gateway Intents while a simple flag would not and also cut down on the message being send and having to be deleted
