we can exclude by IP but not block. To test that, try blocking IP address of the example.com - http://23.220.75.245/

Note it seems we need to add Block by IP, Subnet and Range - lets try to combine it into one domain IP blocking form where we would allow IP, subnet and range syntaxes?

But - there is another functionality possible:

• block all connections to domain names which resolve to the specified IP address
