To add notification to an email if someone changes Initiative's profile (even email itself was changed)

Good points. Just to clarify, I think we need to implement the basic functionality before delving into details and additional situations.

I think we need to be very sensitive if and when we inform the "owner". Just immagen, that bots or spammer could use our plattform by just creating entries which are send automatically to any person.

I think it is ok to inform the owner once the entry is created. Just asking "A user claimed that you are the owner of this place ....[name of place]... . If you want to take the ownership, please click here." If he clicks it, he/she will get informed about all future changes, even if the main-mailadress is changed.

3. The reminder to update the entry should only be send after one or three years. but three month would be far to often. I think, even if the onwer did not take the ownership after the first mail, he can be notifed one year later again (as long as he did not activily refuse to get any mail from us)
   If the owner does not respond after 3 to 6 month, the other subscribers of that area, especially the regional pilot, should be asked. If they do not respond within 3 months, the entry should be hidden or moved at least to the end of the search result list.

4. I would never inform an owner of an entry about similar entries around, if he did not subscribe to the region personally. But it could make sense to activily ask logged in users who modify the map in a certain area, if they want to reciece notifications about changes within a radios of 5 km around that spot.

now, the backend can send mails via mailgun
But the endpoint can provide other mailservices as well: kartevonmorgen/openfairdb#263
