Email Template Allows Save and Quit w/out Required Title

Describe the bug
Email template creation allows save and quit w/out required title. The credential template isn't actually save.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "email Templates"
2. Don't enter title, 'Click on 'save and quit'
3. Go to "email Templates"

Expected behavior
If the required title isn't entered, an error message should display if the "save and quit" button is clicked. The error message should inform the user to add a title before saving.
