TOC = table of contents [enhancement]

Hello diggimezzo,

it would be great if a TOC = "table of contents" function in a note and maybe in a notebook could integrated.
Why I "need" this feature:
I'd like to use "knowte" in a way of "personal knowledge base" instead of "the journal" way.

Do you see the possibility to integrate that feature (from technical view and from the view you want "knowte" to be?)
