BREAKING CHANGE: remove the public export of
ClientApiContext.This is an implementation detail and this library may need to store other state in the context in the future. Removing this now (as we have another breaking change in
mainright now) avoids breaking changes in the future. CoMapeo mobile does not use the export at this time.
