Construct icon URLs and return them with presets #112

usePreset() and useManyPresets() should return a list of URLs for available icon variants (SVG/PNG, size, pixel density). This is dependent on digidem/comapeo-core#1114, although it would be possible to implement this without the upstream fix by making multiple requests to possible URLs, but that would not be great for perf.
