Feature Request: Automatically Update Version in CompInstall.ini File

Hi,

I'm still playing around with the CompInstall tool.
It found an updated version of an open source library on git and downloaded it successfully.
Now it would be great if the found and downloaded version would be set in the CompInstall.ini file automatically.
Because otherwise, everytime when re-running the program it will try to download the same version again.

In this case, you must include CompInstall.ini in your component distribution.

In the repository where you have the sources for your component, there must be a CompInstall.ini file.

Then, each time you want to distribute a new version, you update this file with the new version number in the Version=xyz tag.

When the CompInstall installation tool downloads the new version, it will also replace this file, and then read the new version number.
