release: update diffpy.org website with new diffpy.utils capabilities etc.

Problem

The website is the entry portal for the diffpy namespace packages so we mustn't forget to update it before advertising the release. In the advertising we want to push people to diffpy.org, and from there they get to the docs, examples, etc.
