How to run the application?

I just edited the appsettings.json file as follows:

"DefaultConnection": "Server=localhost;Initial Catalog=OpenSourceSCORMLMS;Trusted_Connection=False;User ID=scorm;Password=lms;MultipleActiveResultSets=true"

Everything is running locally in XAMPP for testing purposes.

But how to run the application now? I'm using VS Code as my normal IDE as well, but I don't know how I could run your app.

I used Visual Studio Community Edition, not Visual Studio code. In Visual Studio Community Edition, you compile the application into an exe and a bunch of dll's, and you run the exe. I don't think Visual Studio Code supports compiling .Net applications, but I could be wrong.
