Thinklab is a platform for collaborative online open science. This repository exports and stores Thinklab content as well as providing basic analytics for Thinklab projects.
Thinklab winded down operations in the summer of 2017. Scheduled export is no longer performed. Thinklab pages are now statically hosted on GitHub Pages at https://think-lab.github.io by Think-Lab/Think-Lab.github.io. This repository is still the location to browse cached versions of (structured & machine-readable) Thinklab content.

This repository uses Travis CI to perform a daily export of all Thinklab projects. Travis CI is configured to perform a cron-scheduled build every day. The build, which is configured using .travis.yml, executes run.sh inside a Docker container containing this repository's conda environment. If the Travis CI build succeeds, the exported and processed datasets are pushed back to this repository.
