Failed connecting to proxy

Hello, i keep getting theses errors:
"failed connecting to proxy" or "proxy is ratelimited"
Do you guys know how i could get past this error, or do you guys know a working proxy ?
Is a proxy necessary ? since none of the one i'm trying seems to work do i really need a proxy ? or can't i remove the "ratelimited" error ?

A proxy is used to change your IP and bypass rate limit protections.
Your proxy getting rate limited means that IP has a rate limit on the discord api
