Error propagation in CI is broken

In the CI run https://github.com/dfinity/motoko-base/actions/runs/4983995764/jobs/8921744167#step:11:48
the TrieSet test failed (due of an unknown identifier) but the whole CI terminated with success.

This is not good.

Right; sorry about this! There was a regression in the original mo-test logic which was fixed in dfinity/motoko-dev-server#25 about a month ago.
