Motivation
With the upgrade to agent-js v2.0.0 and the introduction of breaking changes, it has become somewhat challenging to use ic-js as a consumer of the libraries in various dApps (I've bumped the libs in multiple projects this weeks). Therefore, formalizing those changes in a new version would be beneficial.
