Adding disability filters

Brief overview of changes

• Added new filter values for disability and learning difficulty/disability to the data dictionary.
• Minor formatting and style changes in scripts that happened from the pre-commit hooks.

Why are these changes being made?

To expand the data dictionary to include additional filter options for disability and learning difficulty/disability, supporting more comprehensive data validation and reporting.

Teams consulted and additions that apply to them:

• FE Production and Dissemination: learning_difficulty_disability columns
• School Census Statistics – school and pupil numbers and SEN: disability_status - No known disability
• HE Participation and Provider Statistics Team: disability_status - Not disclosed and No disability
• Both School Census Statistics – school and pupil numbers and SEN and HE Participation and Provider Statistics Team: Therest of the disability_status columns apply to both teams

Detailed description of changes

Updated data/data-dictionary.csv to add new rows for disability_status and learning_difficulty_disability filter values.

Additional information for reviewers

• Please review the new filter values in the data dictionary
• Code style changes are non-functional and should not affect app behaviour.
