Fix intellij script freezing shell

Expected behavior

As an intellij user I expect intellij to not freeze my shell when starting it from the PATH using intellij

Actual behavior

The git bash freezes while intellij is running.

Steps to reproduce (bug) / Use Case of feature request (enhancement)

1. Run intellij in git bash
2. Try to close git bash

We need to add & at the end of our start scripts.
