Migrate an instance from one server to another

I have 2 servers, recently one of the servers started to show an issue with the drive and we need to transfer all instances from one server to another, it would be great to have a guide or an api I can transfer from one server to another.

I think you can just move over the files (if using sqlite) or two databases (if using postgres) and it will be fine - I wrote a tool that migrates between sqlite and postgres storages and might be of help http://github.com/gergesh/waha-migrate
