[Feature Request] Subscribe to "history sync" messages

When linking a new device to WAHA, there's a process in the background that syncs historical messages.
I'd like to be able to receive "message" events for those too - maybe inside "message.any" could be a good fit.

To avoid overloading the message.any event, you could create a new, specific event of type message.sync. Process in batches (50-100 messages per batch).

What I'm doing for now is listening for engine.event events with the event field set to events.HistorySync. Not sure if this is GOWS-specific but it seems to work.

This still is quite inconvenient though - contact names, for example, have to be sourced from somewhere. Would much prefer it to be in the same format.
