Not customize Allure report.

I would like to give to the CLI an arg e.g: --allure-config=config-file.json/yml this will read the allure config file to build a custom report allurereport

Alternatives considered
No, just to keep things with the CLI.

No, I think the Allure 3 config file covers all.
