Issue Description

As part of our effort to maintain best practices we have added all of our repositories to the CLO Monitor. This issue aims to resolve the checks needed for our repositories to reach 100% on the monitor.

Checking Recent Release off as discussed in meeting today. The plan is that v1 will be released at some point for the registry-operator and that will not be tagged as Pre-Release. This will allow the check to pass at that point. No need to exempt it or change any releases as of now just to satisfy a check on CLOMonitor.

Artifact Hub is going to remain unchecked as we could possibly add the OLM operator to Artifact Hub but are choosing not to. In an effort to accurately reflect our monitor score it should be shown as missing.
