Adjust stat tables height and width

Team and campaign stats tables currently have no set max-height, leading to some very long tables for teams with many users. 

Team and campaign stat tables are also quite compressed, especially with Country info and as more stats are added. These can be expanded on wider desktops to take advantage of available space.
