Only use "new" timestamps

The frontend currently displays the "old" feature state, and includes changes from timestamps before the specified time period. The frontend processing logic needs to filter out old changes.

In the earlier versions used the feature last update date, but now the logic of the web app has changed it displays all diffs within the hour, regardeless of feature timestamps.
