Layers disappear when resizing Map

This is easiest to reproduce in "sidecar" mode. For example, in this example

I assume this has to do with some interaction between React and deck.gl rerendering?

@kylebarron this is on Deck.gl, tracked in visgl/deck.gl#9666. I tried a few workarounds using ResizeObserver, but couldn’t get anything working.
