Step 1: Configure Docker Image
- Set Docker Image: Python 3.10
- Install Additional Python Package: toml


Configuration Settings:

webhook_url = Set your webhook URL  
owners_ids = Your account ID  
admin_role_ids = Admin role IDs for staff commands  
bot_token = Your bot’s token  
LICENSE_KEY = The license key provided by us  
web_port = Port for accessing the Boost Panel website  

Step 3: Change Emoji Form
