This is mostly based on the suggestions and content from this PR: #321

It is the last content update to attempt to bring a more current, at least partially working approach (99% working last I checked, but I do not have any realworld use case, so I cannot test the full extent), and with some fixups to better adhere to the Fedora Developer Portal content guide.

This will be accompanied by an email to fedora-devel calling for contributors once I collect all the components that suffer from similarly out-of-date content.

@pvalena PTAL, IIRC, these steps have worked for 4.4 since I tested it around a month ago.

commands and installation process has been updated
While the page was updated to contain some working approach,
installing newer versions on current Fedora Linuxes with simple DNF
install seems not possible. Therefore the page is being deprecated
and will be remove in the future. This deprecation will be accompanied
by an email to fedora-devel calling for contributors that would
update the content to a better state.
