Provide installation instructions at tools: abrt about.md. #563
Description
Per discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/71838/4, abrt doesn't appear to come pre-installed with the Everything ISO's default configuration. Consequently, installation instructions are required. However, none exist anymore, since the previously-available but, long-since deprecated instructions, have finally been removed.
