Jekyll instructions don't work on Fedora40

But copy-pasting those lines on a Fedora KDE install falls due to numerous missing dependencies.

I'd recommend we either just point at Jekyll's documentation or pull in the missing steps from there - https://jekyllrb.com/docs/installation/other-linux/

Thanks for the report. Yeah those steps are too minimal, we have https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/ruby/gems-installation.html which should be referred on the page.
