da twk dap add uses bad filename

If I add an assistant to a dap with da twk dap add --something in directory named dap-foo, the filename of that assistant is dap-foo.yaml, while it should be foo.yaml. The filename is currently determined by the directory name, while it should rather be parsed from meta.yaml.
