Add read-only support:

The Codebox dosen`t support read-only mode. Is it possible implement this feature?

Error: To enable read-only mode all connected tools should support it. Tools codeBox don't support read-only mode.

Hi @gustavoleitao I forked your pull request and published it as an npm package for a current project I am working on since the pull request is not merged.
