provide an simple router environment

Running the meshrouters in desvirt require a lot of external infrastructure, e.g. registering nodes and macs at uhu using register_vnet/unregister_vnet and setting up the nodes via the node command and last but not least an tftpboot environment. I'm wondering if it is feasible within acceptable efforts to provide a new 'simplerouter' which basically runs qemu-kvm and sets up the network. What parts of desvirt need to be customized? Are there any showstoppers?

So far, I guess vm.py, vnet and topology_creator require customization.

hey i have used the core os pixie environment to quickly provide a boot server.

Its able to run on anything and is golang based.
