Short Description

When using the keyboard, focus is lost.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Load data into axe Reports
  2. Go to Usage by Month screen
  3. Access the graph

Current Behavior:

Unable to use keyboard to change focus

Expected Behavior:

User able to use keyboard to change the focus
