Full CRUD support for managing Mobile EAs using Pro API endpoints introduced in 11.19 - now has parity with Computer EAs in the SDK, introducing support for LDAP types etc as well.

Methods using the classic API are deprecated so this is a breaking change for any projects that depend on them.
