Feature description

The team I am part of is interested in creating support for Apache Ant/Ivy due to some of our projects need Dependabot and currently use Apache Ant/Ivy.
We are in the process of picking options for finding Apache Ant/Ivy support and this is one of the options.
I am creating this issue as per the CONTRIBUTIng.md file and the step for "Contributing new ecosystems" requests.
