Description of change
We are building a new feature for LGY (Loan Guaranty) where the Veteran can view the status of their COE (Certificate of Eligibility). If more information is required from the Veteran, they are given the option to upload supporting documents. This PR adds the ability to upload documents from the front end (va.gov) and send them to LGY. The
postmethod to LGY was already submitted in a previous PR, so this PR uses the already existing service method.Original issue(s)
