Center "new" tag with the H1 for mobile widths

Description

The "new" tag is centered on the H1 for tablet sized device widths + above, but when screen widths shrink down to a mobile size, the "new" tag gets bumped a little bit & is not centered on the heading text.

User story

As a Cartography team member, I want the design to be aligned for all devices, no matter their width.

Notes

• Ensure the "new" tag stays center-aligned with H1 text no matter the screen width.
