Use of multiple <h1> tags on a single page in blocks lesson#12

According to semantic HTML rules, a single page should not contain multiple h1 tags. Instead, use h2, h3, and so on for subsequent levels of headings. Having multiple h1 tags can negatively impact SEO and page accessibility.
