Closes #1602 as we now have this page in the Deno runtime codebase (see denoland/deno#28695). Originally, I was thinking of setting up a 308 HTTP permanent redirect. But it seems that might not be easily done, so I've gone with removing the page and returning a 404. Please let me know if this is preferable.
