Remove the checkbox by *Create New* in the multi-select *Move Note* function

When using the multi-select feature of the Move Note function, the Create New option has a checkbox which becomes checked when choosing to select all.

selecting Create New does not appear to have any meaning in this context and only throws an error if not intentionally unchecked.
