As developers and maintainers
We would like to automate the general CSM release process
So that we can save developer time and reduce errors.

Includes but not limited to

• Update Go version
• Update Go module dependencies (including Go client libraries)
• Release Go client libraries to GitHub
• Release Drivers and Modules to GitHub
• Publish binaries to main CSM release
